Under-sink leak
Trap near Derby Lane was pissing out. Water off, joint sorted, cabinet dried — same day.
Recent work
What we've sorted
Call-outs finished round Old Swan, Tuebrook, Breck Road, south end Lpool and nearby.
Sockets + hall light
Dead hall light and two loose kitchen sockets. Terrace off West Derby Road.
Wardrobe build
Flat-pack above the shops. Levelled, doors hung, screwed into the wall so it won't tip.
Bath tap + waste
Drip on the bath tap and a slow waste. Afternoon call-out, both done before tea.
